Dublin Presbyterian Church is a progressive Christian community rooted in the Reformed tradition and centered on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. We believe God’s love is expansive and unbounded, and we affirm the full dignity and belovedness of every person — across race, culture, age, ability, gender identity, sexual orientation, economic status, and life experience. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we seek to follow Jesus by practicing radical hospitality, cultivating courageous faith, and working for justice, equity, and peace. We gather for vibrant worship, honest questioning, lifelong learning, and compassionate service. As disciples, we commit ourselves to dismantling systems of harm, caring for creation, and building relationships that reflect God’s inclusive kin-dom. We strive to be a church where all can belong, grow, lead, and serve — extending Christ’s love within our congregation and throughout the wider community.
Each year, Dublin Presbyterian Church hosts the DPC Concert Series, celebrating music while giving back to the community. A free-will offering is collected at each concert to support local nonprofit organizations doing meaningful work throughout Dublin and the greater Columbus area.
Each year, DPC proudly participates in the Columbus Stonewall Pride Parade to celebrate that we are a church where everyone is welcome. Adults, youth, and children are all invited to join us in walking together for inclusion, love, and community!
The Special Offerings are the single, largest way Presbyterians join together to make a lasting impact in the world. Let’s be the Church, together.
Around the world, millions of people lack access to sustainable food sources, clean water, sanitation, education, and opportunity. The work done in support of the causes supported by One Great Hour of Sharing (OGHS) — disaster, hunger, poverty, climate change, and immigration/migration and refugees — serves individuals and communities in need. This work provides people with safety, sustenance, and hope. Typically received during the season of Lent, this Offering helps to improve the lives of people in these challenging situations.
Support Resources Receive and Remit All of God's people gather around the Table to celebrate the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Part of the atonement that happens around this Table is reconciliation, which is the focus of the World Communion Offering. Experience the grace that comes from reconciling all peoples from all nations around the corner and around the globe through the ministry of this offering.
Each year during the Advent and Christmas season, we lift up past, present, and future leaders of the church. God has blessed the church with incredible leadership in every time and place, but those leaders often need to be supported by their communities as well. This Offering provides support for Presbyterian church workers and their families in their time of need and leadership development and education for communities of color at Presbyterian-related schools and colleges equipping communities of color.
DPC is a founding member of the Habitat for Humanity Northside Partnership, joining other area churches to build and repair homes across the Columbus metro area. No experience is needed—just a willingness to serve and help families move toward safe, stable, and affordable housing. Through this partnership, DPC continues to empower families and strengthen communities.
For more than 20 years, DPC youth (ages 14+) and adults have participated in annual mission trips across the country, focusing on home building, repairs, and improving accessibility for older adults and individuals with physical limitations. No prior experience is required—these trips are open to all and offer meaningful opportunities to serve others while growing in faith and compassion.
DPC supports Open Shelter by preparing and delivering sack lunches for individuals experiencing housing insecurity. In months with five Wednesdays, volunteers provide over 200 lunches. Ongoing donations of food items, supplies, and financial support make this ministry possible.
Each Advent season, DPC shares the joy of Christmas through our Giving Tree ministry. In partnership with One Dublin (formerly Welcome Workshop), our congregation provides gifts to children in need in the Dublin community.
Here at Flowbite we focus on markets where technology, innovation, and capital can unlock long-term value and drive economic growth.
DPC is a proud partner in Trinity in the Garden, a cooperative ministry among churches that provides homemade lunches at Trinity Episcopal Church in downtown Columbus.
Each October, DPC partners with the Dublin Food Pantry to support its annual Harvest of Hope food drive. This special program collects food items to help individuals and families in our community enjoy a meaningful and nourishing Thanksgiving meal. Through this partnership, our congregation helps ensure that neighbors facing food insecurity can gather with dignity and gratitude during the holiday season.
DPC participates in an ongoing Presbytery coat drive that provides warm winter coats to school-aged children in inner-city Columbus schools.
As part of our commitment to caring for God’s creation, DPC has introduced a recycling and composting initiative. Through simple, faithful actions, we seek to be good stewards of the earth and to live out our responsibility to protect and preserve God’s world.
